Sophronia
I’m in love with the name Sophronia right now, its absolutely luscious. It has the same meaning as Sophia, but prettier and more elaborate. Sophie as a nickname is adorable. Comments?

I am so over Sophie and Sofia have heard so many, I prefer Seraphine to Sophronia
| Posted 2 years, 1 month agoI actually haven’t heard that many girls named Sofia with that spelling. I’ve mostly seen Sophia and Sophie, both of which I still love regardless of popularity. Sofya is cute to, its not just another kreigh-ay-tyve name, its actually a legit European form. Yes, Seraphine is very pretty, my first blog post was about Seraphina. But those two actually get more attention than Sophronia, especially after Jennifer Garner’s baby girl. It’s a big hit in the name nerd community, and I love it too, but I wanted to blog about something more different that most people don’t think of that often. Thanks for the comment, I haven’t been getting much lately.

| Posted 2 years, 1 month agoI still love Sophia/Sofia despite its popularity. I have always liked Sophronia, but, I am not sure if other parents would appreciate its beauty. I can definitely see Sofiana or Sofiane catching on as an alternative.
| Posted 2 years, 1 month agoI agree, Sophia/Sofia are still very beautiful names. I like your idea of Sofiane and Sofiana, also like Sophielle/Sophiella.
